Julie Rand, MA
Executive Director
Julie has a master’s degree in Child Psychology from the University of Missouri and has worked in early childhood education for the past 35 years. Twenty of her years has been spent at Kids-Play as one of the founding members. Julie enjoys her time as part-time faculty member at the University of Akron. During her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, three sons and daughter-in-law. |

Deborah Pavlick
Director, Stow Location
Deborah has a bachelor’s degree in Child Development from the University of Akron. She has spent the past 24 years in early childhood education – nearly all of those with Kids-Play! Deborah is married to her wonderful husband and has three daughters. |

Diana Richmond
Associate Director, Stow Location
Diana has a bachelor’s degree in Individual and Family Studies from Kent State University. She has enjoyed spending the past 18 years in early childhood education at Kids-Play. Diana is married and has one daughter. |

Susan has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Bowling Green University. She has spent the past 17 years at Kids-Play focused on early childhood education for infants and toddlers. Susan likes spending time with her husband, two sons, daughter and son-in-law. |

Berry Jeter
Preschool/School Age Director, Akron Location
Berry has a bachelor’s degree in Individual and Family Studies from Kent State University. He loves the 16 years he has spent in early childhood education at Kids-Play. Berry is married with three sons and one daughter. |

Stephanie Shriver
Director, Green Location
Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in Individual and Family Studies from Kent State University. She has spent 13 years in early childhood education – 11 of those at Kids-Play! Stephanie is the proud mother of two wonderful sons. |

Laurie has an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Stark State College. She has been with Kids-Play for 16 years focused on early childhood education. Laurie is the mother of one fantastic son! |
